1. When submitting an extension or concurrent review, please ensure that you are ensuring that the request type is correct for your new request. An example of this is selecting concurrent. this is especially important when your initial request was retrospective, as it will remain retrospective if not changed. this will task your request for a 30-day turnaround time.
2. Please access your Atrezzo account at least once per 60 days. If this does not occur, your account will become inactive. This will then require you to contact customer service to have it reactivated with a password reset. We recommend placing a reminder on your calendar to log in once every 60 days.
